Vintage VOSTOK / WOSTOK "Komandirskie" (Commander) mechanical wristwatch produced in the USSR by the Chistopol Watch Factory.
This iconic Soviet military timepiece features the highly collectible Submarine Captain (Submariner) white dial, beautifully detailed with a red star, anchor, and a submarine silhouette, celebrating the naval forces of the Soviet Union. Driven by the robust and legendary manually wound Vostok Caliber 2414 mechanical movement. Housed in a distinct gold-tone brass case with a protective screw-down crown located at the 2 o'clock position and a rotating bezel with compass direction markers (N, E, S, W). The dial also features excellent glowing luminescent indexes and hands designed for maximum legibility in pitch-black conditions.
