Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and to understand exactly what you are buying. Most items in our store are vintage, antique, pre-owned, or collectible pieces and may show age-related wear, patina, marks, scratches, discoloration, or other signs consistent with their age and previous use.

Please review all listing photographs, videos, measurements, and the full description carefully before purchasing. The photographs form part of the item description, and unless otherwise stated, you will receive the exact item shown.

Return requests

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and explain the reason for the return.

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, with all parts and accessories originally included. Items that have been altered, repaired, disassembled, damaged, or materially changed after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived materially different from the listing description or was damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please use tracked shipping for all returns. We cannot issue a refund for a return that does not reach us.

We will provide the appropriate return address after a return is approved. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you and process the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Original outbound shipping costs embedded in the purchase price are non-refundable where permitted by applicable law, except where the return results from our error, a materially inaccurate description, or shipping damage.

Any customs duties, import VAT, GST, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other taxes or charges paid by the buyer directly to customs authorities, postal operators, carriers, payment providers, or other third parties are not refundable by us because such amounts are not retained by us.

Where any tax or charge was collected by us at checkout, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the relevant payment or tax collection system.

If a parcel is returned to us because the buyer refused delivery, failed to collect the parcel, provided an incorrect or incomplete address, or failed to pay applicable import charges, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, carrier fees, or other non-recoverable costs incurred in connection with the shipment, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Vintage and collectible condition

Minor signs of age, wear, patina, scratches, discoloration, imperfections, or other condition characteristics that are visible in the photographs or described in the listing are not considered defects.

Slight differences in color may occur due to lighting, photography, and display settings.

Mechanical watches and similar vintage mechanisms

Where a watch or other mechanical item is described as serviced or tested, this means it was functioning as described at the time of testing or dispatch.

Due to the age and nature of vintage mechanical items, long-term accuracy, power reserve, water resistance, or uninterrupted future operation cannot be guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Vintage watches and mechanical items should be handled appropriately for their age and construction. Unless specifically stated otherwise, they should not be assumed to be waterproof or water-resistant.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or materially different from the listing, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the item and packaging so that we can resolve the issue.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched generally cannot be cancelled and must instead be handled as a return.
