Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Ukraine.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing times may occasionally be longer during holidays, weekends, periods of high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping costs

Standard international shipping is included in the listed item price, unless otherwise expressly stated in the product listing or at checkout.

Where express shipping is available, it may be offered for an additional charge.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• United States, UK and Europe: approximately 2–4 weeks
• Canada, Asia, Australia, and other distant destinations: approximately 3–8 weeks

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, postal service workload, local delivery procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately and may only become visible after the parcel is processed by the first sorting facility.

Customs, VAT, GST, import duties, and other charges

International orders may be subject to import VAT, GST, customs duties, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other taxes and charges imposed by the destination country, its customs authorities, postal operator, carrier, or other relevant service provider.

Where applicable, certain taxes or charges may be collected at checkout or prepaid through the shipping provider. In other cases, they may be assessed separately before or upon delivery.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs procedures, tax rates, thresholds, exemptions, and import requirements vary by country and may change. Buyers are responsible for checking the rules applicable in their destination country before placing an order.

Customs clearance procedures may also cause additional delivery delays.

Shipping address

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, failure to pay applicable import charges, or failure to collect the parcel, please contact us so we can determine the available options for redelivery or refund.

Any refund in such circumstances will be subject to our Refund Policy and may exclude shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or other amounts that were not retained by us, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel appears significantly delayed or tracking has stopped updating for an extended period, please contact us.

We will assist with available tracking enquiries and, where appropriate, open a search or claim with the postal operator or carrier.

Please note that an international parcel is not necessarily considered lost simply because it has exceeded the estimated delivery period.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of:

• the item;
• the external packaging;
• the internal packaging;
• the shipping label.

Please retain all packaging until the matter has been resolved, as the postal operator or carrier may require it for a claim.
