These Terms of Service govern purchases made through AtticTreasuresUA.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies made available on the website.
Seller
AtticTreasuresUA is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Iryna Shramko, Ukraine.
Payments may be processed with the assistance of Western Bid, Inc. and third-party payment service providers made available through Western Bid. The payment processor or payment recipient shown during checkout or on a payment statement may therefore differ from the trading name of our store.
Products
Most items offered by AtticTreasuresUA are vintage, antique, pre-owned, collectible, or one-of-a-kind items.
Because of their age and prior use, items may show wear, patina, scratches, discoloration, manufacturing irregularities, repairs, replacement consumable parts, or other age-related characteristics.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph each item accurately. Product photographs, videos, measurements, and written descriptions form part of the product information provided before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, the buyer will receive the exact item shown in the listing photographs.
Minor variations in color may occur because of lighting, photography, and display settings.
Vintage mechanical items
Vintage watches and other mechanical items may have been serviced, inspected, or tested before sale where stated in the individual listing.
Because of the age and mechanical nature of such items, we do not guarantee long-term accuracy, uninterrupted future operation, power reserve, water resistance, or performance equivalent to a modern product unless expressly stated otherwise.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, vintage watches and similar mechanical items should not be assumed to be waterproof or water-resistant.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected for the relevant market.
Standard international shipping is included in the listed item price unless otherwise stated.
International orders may be subject to import VAT, GST, customs duties, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other taxes and charges imposed by the destination country, customs authorities, postal operator, carrier, or other relevant service provider.
Where applicable, certain taxes or charges may be collected at checkout or prepaid through the shipping provider. In other cases, they may be assessed separately before or upon delivery.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders

Orders are shipped from Ukraine.
Processing times, estimated delivery periods, tracking, customs matters, delayed shipments, and related issues are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import, customs, and tax requirements in the destination country.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and the return rules made available through the store.
Customs duties, import VAT, GST, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other amounts paid directly to customs authorities, postal operators, carriers, payment providers, or other third parties are not refundable by us because such amounts are not retained by us.
Where any tax or charge was collected by us at checkout, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the relevant payment or tax collection system.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- reviewing the product description, photographs, videos, measurements, and condition information before purchasing;
- providing complete and accurate contact and delivery information;
- checking and complying with applicable import, customs, and tax requirements in the destination country;

- using purchased items appropriately and safely.

All original photographs, text, branding, graphics, and other original content published on the AtticTreasuresUA website remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without permission, except as permitted by law.

Our website and checkout may use services provided by Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other third-party service providers.
