Vintage POBEDA "Democracy" (Demokratia) mechanical wristwatch produced in the USSR during the iconic Perestroika and Glasnost era of the late 1980s.
This highly collectible propaganda timepiece features a striking white dial dominated by bold red Cyrillic text reading "ДЕМОКРАТИЯ" (Democracy) alongside a stylized Hammer and Sickle emblem and the classic "Pobeda" logo. Housed in a round chrome-plated case with a slim profile and thin dress lugs, it represents a monumental chapter in Soviet history. Driven by the traditional, highly reliable manually wound caliber 2602 Soviet mechanical movement.
