Vintage pocket cigarette case produced in the USSR during the 1950s–1960s, featuring an elegant, multi-textured engraved design celebrating the architectural mastery of Moscow State University (MSU).

The upper portion of the case showcases a sharp architectural landscape depicting the iconic Stalinist skyscraper of the MSU main building, flanked by a sprawling bridge, riverside embankment structures, and background trees under a fine horizontally-striped sky. The lower two-thirds of the case features a beautiful, dense diamond-cut grid mesh pattern (wavy guilloche texture) that catches the light elegantly. In the lower right corner, the city name "МОСКВА" (Moscow) is inscribed in a clean, embossed Cyrillic block font. This highly collectible mid-century piece features a refined gold-tone finish with an authentic aged patina.

The side locking mechanism is completed with a mechanical push-button closure.
