The front of the case features an incredibly detailed, high-relief embossed composition accurately reproducing the celebrated sculpture by Ivan Martos. It depicts Kuzma Minin rallying Prince Dmitry Pozharsky to lead the volunteer army against foreign invaders, complete with the detailed broadsword and the historical shield decorated with the Savior's image. The monument is set on its classical pedestal, flanked by victory laurel elements and blank ornamental scroll banners at the base.

The reverse side is decorated with an elegant multi-zone texture, combining vertical columns of dense guilloché honeycomb pattern and high-polished stripes.
