Vintage pocket cigarette case produced in the USSR during the 1940s by the famous Sanitas Artel in Odessa, Ukraine.

The front of the silver-tone case features a distinctive, highly textured Art Deco geometric checkered pattern. The design consists of an intricate repeating grid of fine stamped or engraved horizontal and vertical lines, creating a beautiful tactile finish that catches the light from different angles. This rare mid-century pocket case carries a refined silver-tone finish with an authentic aged patina, representing a classic Soviet-era interpretation of abstract geometric styling.
