Vintage "50 Years of VHLKSM Komsomol" Soviet Cigarette Case | 1968 Anniversary Lenin Profile Aluminum Tobacciana

Original vintage aluminum cigarette case celebrating a monumental Soviet youth movement milestone: the 50th Anniversary of the VHLKSM / Komsomol (50 лет ВЛКСМ / Комсомолу). This historic commemorative piece was produced in the Soviet Union in 1968.

The front panel of the case showcases an incredibly rich, all-over textured graphic composition. It features a beautifully engraved baroque-style background pattern made of interlocking fine floral tendrils and organic scroll matrices. The top-left features a massive stylized numeral "50", seamlessly balanced on the right by a textured circular medallion depicting the classic profile silhouette of Vladimir Lenin facing left. The lower half is dominated by an industrial, blocky Cyrillic typography engraving that spells out the historical organization's acronym: "ВЛКСМ". Crafted from lightweight yet highly durable stamped aluminum with a silver-tone finish, this accessory serves as a definitive example of late-1960s Soviet political agitprop memorabilia.
