A rare and exceptional philatelic offering featuring two authentic Imperial Russian Postal Stationery Wrappers (Bandéroles) used for mailing newspapers and printed matter, dating from the late Imperial period (circa 1900–1913).

Both pieces feature an imprinted 1 Kopeck definitive orange-brown stamp with the double-headed Imperial eagle emblem. The wrapper on the left includes the classic official cautionary text in pre-revolutionary Russian Cyrillic script: "Когда за пересылку причитается более 1 коп., то подле штемпеля наклеиваются дополнительные почтовые марки" (When the postage due exceeds 1 kopeck, additional postage stamps are affixed near the postmark).
