Issued during the peak of late-1930s Soviet military mobilization, this historic note is celebrated for its striking propaganda and military artwork. The left side features a highly detailed, fine-line engraving of Red Army soldiers (Красноармейцы) in uniform, wearing the classic pre-war SSh-36 helmets and carrying rifles with full field gear. The top center features the official pre-war State Emblem of the USSR with 11 ribbons.
