Historic philatelic and numismatic set from the turbulent transition period of early Soviet Russia: a selection of 3 authentic Fractional State Notes / Stamp Currency (Расчетные знаки РСФСР), officially issued in 1921 during the final stages of the Russian Civil War.

Due to acute metal and quality paper shortages, these emergency small-change banknotes were deliberately printed in a diminutive, stamp-like format (марки-деньги). Each note showcases fine-line typography work centering around the early revolutionary Hammer and Sickle emblem set against sun rays, flanked by vertical denomination labels, and under the iconic international rallying cry: "Пролетаріи всѣхъ странъ, соединяйтесь!" written in pre-reform Russian Cyrillic script.
