Printed locally for the Zhytomyr branch of the State/People's Bank, the note features a striking reddish-pink protective underprint mesh, traditional decorative garlands, and distinct corner panels with the denomination "100". The central text confirms its backing by state credit notes and short-term obligations stored in the Zhytomyr treasury vaults, topped by the signatures of the local Governor (Управляющий) and Cashier (Кассир).
