This note, associated with General Denikin's White Army administration, is a major historical piece. The design prominently features a large double-headed eagle with spread wings at the top center holding a ribbon with the inscription "Единая Россія" (United Russia). The sides are flanked by columns wrapped in ribbons, and the bottom contains historical financial signatures of M. Bernatsky (Начальник Управления Финансов) and the Head of the Credit Section. This specific specimen carries the unique series stamp "ЯГ-007".
