Historical numismatic collection featuring four (4) original "Raschetny Znak" (Settlement Token) banknotes issued by the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR) in 1919. Popularly known among collectors as "Sovznaki" (совзнаки), these early revolutionary paper issues were printed during the height of the Russian Civil War.
The set includes three distinct denominations shown from the obverse, plus one note displaying the iconic reverse design. The reverse features the early RSFSR coat of arms (Hammer and Sickle within a shield) and the famous communist slogan "Proletarians of all countries, unite!" translated into six languages (Russian, German, French, Italian, English, Arabic, and Chinese).
