An extraordinary and highly specialized historical collection of vintage postage stamps issued during the Russian Civil War period (1919) by the administration of the OKSA (Special Corps of the Northern Army / Northern Army) under General Yudenich, operating on the Northwestern front.
This rare philatelic set stands out for its premium layout and exceptional composition, featuring two distinct authentic quarter blocks (one block of 4 for the 5-kopeck value and a large block of 4 for the 2-kopeck green issue) alongside multiple horizontal and vertical pairs and individual singles. A magnificent highlight is the central 2-kopeck block bearing a crisp, pristine circular period postmark from the Moloskovitsy station (Молосковицы) dated November 9, 1919. Almost all premium blocks and pairs bear authentic wartime postal cancellations, while beautifully preserving Mint Hinged (MH) collection status on the reverse.

Features:

  • Set of 22 vintage stamps
  • Authentic 1919 OKSA (Special Corps of the Northern Army) Civil War issues
  • Circa 1919 Northwestern anti-Bolshevik military front era
  • Includes 2 premium quarter blocks (4 stamps each), multiple pairs, and single stamps
  • Features the classic "OKSA" monogram, sword imagery, and traditional imperial-style frames
  • Showcases historically significant town postmarks (including Moloskovitsy station)
  • Mint Hinged (MH) condition with heavy historical cancellation marks / postmarks

The set includes stamps with the following original kopeck denominations from the series:

  • 2, 3, 5, 10, and 15 kopecks.

A fascinating collectible for:

  • Russian Civil War, White Movement, and Northwestern Army philately specialists
  • worldwide collectors focused on military history, short-lived provisional regimes, and premium blocks/pairs
  • history buffs specializing in Yudenich's campaigns and Petrograd offensive operations of 1919
  • investment-grade vintage ephemera and global military postal archives

The stamps are photographed in detail so collectors can carefully examine the condition, margins of the blocks, perforation alignment, and authentic postmarks included in the set.
You will receive the exact collection shown in the photos.
