Historically significant numismatic artifact from the anti-Bolshevik movement: an original 250 Rubles Short-Term Treasury Bill (Краткосрочное обязательство Государственного Казначейства), officially issued in Omsk on June 1, 1919.
Popularly known as "Kolchak Rubles" or "Siberian issues", these bonds were released by the Supreme Ruler Admiral Aleksandr Kolchak's government to finance White Army military logistics. The note features fine pre-revolutionary security typography, a left-hand vignette framing the provisional double-headed eagle emblem, and authentic signatures of the Director of State Treasury and Cashier. Notably, the vertical side margins include bilingual international validation labels written in French ("Bons du Trésor de DEUX CENT CINQUANTE roubles...") and English ("Treasury Bill of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY roubles...").
